My name is Adam Moderow, and I’ve had the pleasure of serving on the County Board for the last four years. I grew up in Freeport, and after graduating from college I moved back home with my wife, Juliet, to start our family. I want to give back to our community. I teach Developmental Reading and GED courses for Highland Community College. I’m also a published writer.
In addition to serving on the County Board, I’ve stayed active in our community as a member of Northwest Illinois Bird and Nature Alliance. I’m also an assistant coach for the FHS Speech Team. I’ve served on the boards of Winneshiek Playhouse and the Freeport Public Library Foundation. I also play trumpet for the Freeport Concert Band.
